Clean and excellent price to quality. Great place to sleep without paying for extras.

Room service was loud and city center was far off, but nothing really serious.

it was special time in veracruz. the hotel was nice, i enjoyed its affable staff. the room was exceptionally clean and cheap and included climate control and multi-channel tv. the view was nice, the service was excellent.

This hotel is a great value for the money, with surprisingly clean rooms and excellent prices. It's conveniently located near the ocean and just a few blocks away from the aquarium. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided are satisfactory. The breakfast included is served in a well-maintained dining area.

No complaints for the price!

Family of three women, traveled, they had nice large room for three beds for $90.00 for 3 nights, awesome deal. Elevator a plus since we got on the 4th floor. Secured parking, air conditioning with dehumidify, huge plus. They have monthly rates for $450.00 so if you looking for 1 block to the beach access and want a hot shower and nicer experience on budget, I pick this place, and would come back with my family.

Checking in delay of confirmation. Same day reservation. Floors in room seemed not clean enough for you to walk barefoot to the bathroom and not feel dirt. I called but it seems they dont do this daily task since its tile I expected a daily cleaning. Most mexicans leave their shoes on in the house, I grew up barefoot in my house. Only condiments is 2 rose soap bars. If you leave early and arrive late, they have limited parking so you may have to park on the street if you arrive back later than 8pm.

The hotel has a fantastic location with a friendly staff and complimentary parking. There are numerous dining options nearby, such as Che Tango, which is conveniently within a 5-minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The best aspects of my experience were its location just a block away from the aquarium and the friendly staff. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, including the comfortable beds and the good shower with plenty of water. Additionally, the parking was very convenient.

We stayed at a hotel near the Aquarium which was close to the beach and conveniently located near bus stops and restaurants. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and good air conditioning.

The room was noisy and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep due to loud doors and conversation from the lobby. the shower pressure was also weak.

One thing to consider is that the interior rooms are noisy and have poor air circulation.

There were some negatives, such as the lack of space outside or a pool. The heavy wood of the chair and door often resulted in loud noises, which was a bit annoying.

Great value for money - I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices at this hotel. Excellent location - This hotel is conveniently situated close to the Veracruz Aquarium and just a short walk from the city center. Friendly service - Despite the language barrier, the staff at this hotel went out of their way to provide helpful and friendly service.

No major issues – all was satisfactory.
